When I first began learning about Medicare in 2010, I quickly realized just how overwhelming it could be. Even as a licensed agent, the endless rules, deadlines, and plan options felt confusing. At one point, I questioned whether I would ever fully understand it—but that’s exactly when I realized why I needed to specialize in this area. If I, as a professional, found Medicare difficult, then individuals and families going through retirement transitions must find it even more stressful.

That realization became my purpose: to help people make sense of Medicare. My role goes beyond presenting options—I walk alongside my clients to simplify the process, ensure they clearly understand their choices, and ultimately feel confident in the plan they select.
